Nice old milk container (Golondii) in native language,  from the Borena tribe of Ethiopia. Milk container apart from the practical aspect were also revered as house hold prestigious piece of Art that were also decorative and symbol status. It has minor wear and tear consistent with age and usage  Made of wood and reinforced with hide, has a strap holder.  Early 19th century, measurements are H 26 cm x W 17 cm
